If you are unhappy with a course that you purchased as a course (not as part of the Nonfiction Book Accelerator Network), you may request a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email CustomerCare@melenaconsulting.com to request the refund and include your name, email address, invoice number, and course name. Payments for the Nonfiction Book Accelerator Network are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership to the Nonfiction Book Accelerator Network at any time by sending an email to CustomerCare@melenaconsulting.com stating the name and email address you enrolled with, the invoice number, and requesting membership cancellation. Membership payments made prior to cancellation notice are non-refundable.
We engage in affiliate marketing whereby we receive funds through clicks to our affiliate program through this website or we receive funds through the sale of goods or services on or through this website. We may also accept advertising sponsorships from commercial businesses or receive other forms of advertising compensation.
